Product details

This massive serving and cutting board made of steamed beech wood comes from sustainable forestry and has been crafted with care. The steaming process reduces the internal tension of the wood, making it more resilient and less prone to warping and cracking. Additionally, this process gives the wood a noble darker color that enhances its beauty.

The wooden board has been lovingly engraved in Switzerland on Kadastar's in-house machines with great attention to detail. The delivery includes a wooden board with a handle and hole made from food-safe oiled beech wood, adorned with the laser engraving "Dandelion." The wood is sourced from steamed beech that is FSC certified and comes from Poland.

For cleaning, it is recommended to wash the board by hand with lukewarm soapy water and a gentle cloth or sponge. Do not use abrasive cleaners, acids, etc. The wood can be re-oiled but is not dishwasher safe.
