The 48x48mm PID Controller from Jumo is a versatile built-in thermostat that is ideal for two-point and three-point control applications. With a universal analog input that can be freely programmed for resistance thermometers, thermocouples, as well as current and voltage signals, this controller offers high flexibility. The set and actual values, along with all relevant parameters, are displayed on two easily readable seven-segment LED displays, which can be configured in either Celsius or Fahrenheit. The controller features two relay outputs with a switching capacity of 3 A at 230 V and a binary input that enables versatile functions. Additionally, it offers a ramp function for gradual changes in the setpoint and the option to use a special firing curve for small ceramic kilns. Operation can be done directly on the device or via a USB interface, ensuring user-friendly handling.
