The 60001204 from Jumo is a robust single-pole mechanical surface-mounted thermostat designed for use in demanding conditions. With an impact-resistant housing made of high-quality plastic and an aluminum die-cast base, this device offers high durability. It operates based on the principle of liquid expansion and can measure temperatures up to 230 °C. The smooth round sensor made of copper has a diameter of 6 mm and a length of approximately 85 mm, while the remote cable is also made of copper and can be installed flexibly. The simple manual adjustment of the cutoff temperature is done via an internal scale, accessible after removing the housing cover. The thermostat provides high switching point accuracy and is equipped with a safety temperature limiter that opens the circuit and mechanically locks it in case of overheating.
