The insertion thermoelement with bayonet connection (diameter 12 mm) and a 2.5 m long compensating cable made of metal mesh is suitable for temperature measurement in solids using the Seebeck effect. The protective tube with a diameter of 8 mm is made of heat-resistant steel, material 1.4571, and has a flat tip. Therefore, this design is particularly well-suited for measurements on sliding bearings and tools. The adjustable installation length at the spring ranges from 20 to 180 mm. The single thermoelement 1x Fe-CuNi L according to DIN 43710 is designed for temperatures from 0 to 400 °C. The compensating cable can withstand ambient temperatures from -20 to +350 °C.
