With a simple twist of the handle, this clever design switches between two different types of whisks. In the closed or flat position, it is ideal for stirring sauces or preparing gravies, as its heat-resistant, silicone-coated stainless steel wires are perfect for scraping and mixing ingredients. In the open position, it transforms into a traditional balloon whisk, perfect for whipping cream or beating egg whites. It is suitable for non-stick cookware and can be flattened for compact storage. The silicone wires are heat-resistant up to 200 °C. Dishwasher safe.
