The rolling pin comes with five sets of removable, color-coded rings that raise the dough surface to different heights, allowing you to achieve the desired dough thickness - approximately 2 mm, 4 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm, or 10 mm. Simply remove the rings you don't need, and you're ready to go.
