The all-purpose tool for the professional kitchen is ideal for preparing light and fluffy espumas, finger food, hot and cold sauces, pureed soups, whipped cream and desserts. It is suitable for both cold and hot preparations and has a stainless steel bottle and head designed for professional use. The head has a protective silicone handle and a fixed stainless steel valve for easy dispensing, even with hot preparations. It has a heat-resistant silicone seal with a pull-off tab for quick and hygienic cleaning. The tool can be kept warm in a water bath up to 75 °C/165 °F. It includes a stainless steel straight tip, a tulip tip, a straight tip with teeth, a cleaning brush, an ergonomic loading dock with a non-slip silicone grip and a heat-resistant silicone grip on the neck.
