FoglioChef is a universal baking mat made entirely of food-safe silicone SL70. It is heat and cold resistant (from +260 °C to -60 °C), non-slip on the work surface, coated, hygienic, and easy to clean. The surface features various sized circles and a measuring scale marked in cm/inches, allowing you to always create dough shapes and preparations in the correct size. FoglioChef is suitable for all types of ovens. It is dishwasher safe and can be rolled up again afterwards, taking up minimal space in the kitchen.
