A real all-rounder. With this CJH universal knife, all daily employees in the kitchen can be easily mastered. A blade made of 67-layer Japanese Damascus steel with a core layer of AUS-10V steel not only ensures durability but also a unique look. A Rockwell hardness of 60 HRC ensures high edge retention. The ergonomic chestnut-shaped handle (Japanese: kurigata) is made from beautifully grained olive wood, red G10 separating layers and a matt brushed stainless steel end cap and is very comfortable to hold. These first-class chef's knives are supplied in elegant black gift packaging.
