The design comes from the pen of the renowned Dutch designer Robert Bronwasser, who not only gives the chafing dish an aesthetic touch, but also ensures high functionality. The housing is made of high-temperature-resistant polypropylene, which not only makes the chafing dish robust, but also gives it an attractive appearance.

The removable GN1/1 container made of AISI 304 stainless steel ensures easy cleaning, and the heating element made of the same material ensures efficient heat transfer to the water container. The safety glass lid with insulated handle and aluminium hinge reduces heat loss and ensures optimum hygienic conditions. The angled edge design directs condensation back into the container. The digital control panel displays the working time, the set temperature and the current temperature. It also remembers the last temperature setting to ensure smooth operation. The precise water tank sensor prevents dry boiling and reminds you to fill the water tank.

The temperature can be set from 35 to 85 °C in precise 1 °C increments. The water tank is equipped with a maximum filling line of ±4 litres.
