Created by Harry in collaboration with Pete Licata, 2013. Barista World Champion. The attachment resembles the shower heads of drip coffee machines. Its function is to evenly distribute water over the surface of the ground coffee, allowing for more careful and uniform control of the brewing process. Drip-Assist is made from a high-quality polymer that is safe for food contact. It features holes in two sizes, with a larger diameter in the middle section and a smaller one on the outside. The larger holes allow for a quick water flow, which is especially recommended before infusion, while the outer holes enable a slow water flow. When the outer ring is full, water flows into the middle section, protecting the user from spills. Thanks to Drip-Assist, you don't need a gooseneck kettle, as the lid ensures precise pouring. It is also a great solution for coffee beginners who do not have a specialized kettle in their equipment.
