The 4:6 brewing method for better coffee. The Hario V60 Kasuya coffee dripper is based on the 4:6 brewing method developed by Tetsu Kasuya. This technique divides the water in a ratio of 40% (for flavor) to 60% (for strength). The specially designed ribs inside the filter slow down the water flow, allowing for optimal extraction.

Easy to use and versatile enjoyment. Use a coarser grind and wait for the water from the first brew to completely pass through before starting the next brew. This guarantees a strong and flavorful coffee—even with fewer beans.
