The full-tang blade is made from high-performance stainless steel. A sharpening steel is ground into the upper part of the blade, allowing the knife to also be used for sharpening other knives. Blade length: 18.0 cm, handle length: 10.8 cm, total length: 28.8 cm, weight: 650 grams.
