Häussler Mixing paddle for NOVA dough mixer

The mixing paddle significantly expands the capabilities of the NOVA. It allows for optimal processing of creams, mixtures, fillings, batters, and much more. These are too soft for the dough hook but too tough for the whisk. The mixing paddle is specifically designed for this intermediate range. It works quickly and efficiently with both very small and very large quantities. Here, the various speed settings of the NOVA really pay off, as levels 6 and 7 are explicitly designed for high speeds. In contrast to the dough hook, which is not suitable for this speed range, the mixing paddle performs at its best. The system achieves top-level performance.
