The water-repellent sewing thread from Gütermann is an innovative universal sewing thread specifically designed to enable water-resistant seams. With a length of 100 meters, this sewing thread offers a practical solution for anyone looking to create weatherproof sewing projects. The thread is made from 100% polyester and features a special water-repellent coating that ensures optimal functionality. Thanks to the unique Micro Core Technology® with its Micro Loops, a textured surface is created that effectively seals the stitch hole while providing excellent glide properties. The sewing thread is suitable for use with sewing machines as well as for hand sewing and can be easily processed without the need for special settings on the sewing machine. It is ideal for creating water-repellent closures and quilting seams and can be used with fine universal or Microtex needles of size NM 70.
