Güde Solingen Alpha chef's knife large

Güde knives is a traditional manufacturer based in Solingen and the inventor of the serrated edge for bread knives. Güde knives are forged from a single piece of Solingen steel and are hand-finished and sharpened, with a hardness of 56 HRC. The handles are made from old oak barrels, olive wood, or POM. There is a special series of hand-forged Damascus knives made from 300 layers of non-corrosive Damascus steel, featuring a hardness of 61 HRC. The handles of these knives are made from desert ironwood (petrified wood).

The Güde chef's knife is a large cooking knife with a blade length of 26 cm, allowing for comfortable use. The oak wood handle is optimally balanced, ensuring the knife sits well in the hand.
