Güde Solingen alpha

The X765 ham knife from the Güde "Alpha Olive" series features a tapered 21 cm blade with excellent cutting properties. This knife is very versatile and should be a staple all-purpose knife in any kitchen. The hand-forged blade is made from a single piece of chromium-vanadium-molybdenum steel, is rust-free, ice-hardened, and hand-sharpened. The optimally balanced, finely polished handle of this Güde knife is made from selected olive wood that is up to 500 years old. Güde knives with wooden handles should never be placed in the dishwasher.
