The Porterhouse steak knife set meets the demands of the gastronomy industry. The finely polished handle of the set is made from durable and easy-to-care-for Hostaform and is dishwasher safe. Additionally, the handle is optimally balanced and finely polished. The serrated blade of the 4-piece set is made from stainless special knife steel, ice-hardened, with a double-sided hollow grind. The Porterhouse steak knife set includes four steak knives.
