The frying pans are particularly suitable for professional kitchens - ideal for crispy frying. Inside, they feature a novel PFAS-free VITAFLON®QUARZIT non-stick coating with a high-quality, brilliant finish. This coating offers excellent non-stick properties, is extremely hard, and scratch-resistant. The base is equipped with an integrated honeycomb structure for better oil and fat distribution, ensuring optimized and quick heat distribution. The stainless steel handles are robust and securely riveted. These frying pans are suitable for all types of cooktops, including induction, and are oven-safe up to 240 °C. Material: cast iron / glass. Dimensions: Ø 20 cm, H 4 cm.
