Gira Room control unit

The operation is carried out via a gesture-sensitive multi-touch display. Depending on the version, connection and communication occur via LAN or WLAN. It features a built-in speaker and an integrated microphone with echo cancellation.

The Gira G1 serves as a multifunctional room control device and offers various functions or combinations of functions: video intercom, KNX room controller (including room temperature control), or a combination of KNX room controller (including room temperature control) and video intercom, or KNX room controller (including room temperature control), video intercom, and integration of internet services, or HomeServer client.

As a KNX room control unit, it provides an intuitive user interface that can be customized by the end user. The system settings are protected by a PIN code. It supports switching, buttons, dimming (relative and absolute), dimming (including RGB, RGBW, and tunable white), control of blinds and shutters, value transmission, and scene extension unit. Additionally, it includes a status display.
