The 37 cm long Giesser BestCut universal knife features a 25 cm chrome-molybdenum-vanadium blade with a hardness of 56 to 57 HRC. Its specialty lies in the serrated edge, making it ideal for foods with a hard crust. The ergonomically designed handle (12 cm) made of polysulfone withstands temperatures up to 200 °C.
