The 6 tomato knives are made from chrome-molybdenum (X55CrMo14) knife steel, offering rust resistance, long-lasting sharpness, and a blade length of 11 cm. Thanks to the sharp serrated edge, they are suitable not only for tomatoes but also as versatile kitchen helpers. The non-slip, ergonomically shaped handles made of black polypropylene (PP) ensure comfortable handling and are dishwasher safe (hand washing with warm water is recommended). The serrated blades are particularly well-suited for cutting vegetables. The tomato knives have a hardness of 55 HRC, achieved through a vacuum hardening process. The product weight is 190 grams.
