Contained: Ravioli or Maultaschen board, plastic insert for moulding and wooden roll. For making larger quantities of ravioli or Maultaschen: Simply place the rolled out dough strip on the flour-polluted mould and press it in with the plastic insert. Fill the even hollows according to taste - brush the edges with egg yolk and then cover with a second strip of dough. Then just roll over the mould with the dough roller (with light pressure) - when you turn it over, the six dough pockets will easily come out of the mould.
