Source: Digitec Galaxus... The cheese sandwich doesn't turn out quite as well compared to the other appliances. It is very unevenly browned. While the compressed edges are already crispy, the rest of the toast is rather white and soggy.
The sandwich maker convinces all along the line with beautiful and even distribution of the tan as well as sealing of the edges. If you like crispy sandwiches and can do without XXL slices, you will get an excellent device at a fair price.
With this sandwich maker, the short preheating process is particularly noteworthy (TØ in the test: 1:56min). We also praise the large power cord (Lmax: 105 cm) and the perfectly understandable documentation. Unfortunately, however, the toasts do not really turn an ideal brown. Furthermore, this model can only be cleaned in a labour-intensive and time-consuming way.
