The Eco electric grill plate from Gastro Hero is a versatile tabletop device that offers both smooth and ribbed grilling surfaces. With a robust construction made of AISI 201 stainless steel, this device is designed for durability and is ideal for use in the hospitality industry or at home. The grill plate features a three-sided splash guard that ensures optimal hygiene, as well as a grease collection channel that allows for hygienic operation. The 12 mm thick grilling surface is slightly inclined to facilitate the drainage of grease residues. With two separately adjustable heating zones and a temperature range from 0 °C to +300 °C, the grill plate provides flexibility for grilling. The removable grease drawer makes cleaning and maintenance of the device easy.
