The Sfoglia Easy, the pasta machine from G3Ferrari, allows you to make three different types of fresh pasta: Lasagne Bolognese, tagliatelle with mushrooms or spaghetti with tomato sauce.

If you want to make pasta like the Italian grandmothers, simply insert the crank handle, adjust the thickness of the rollers and roll out the dough.

Thanks to the fixing clamp, you can use the Sfoglia Easy on any flat surface. The aluminium rollers and stainless steel housing ensure durability and compliance with food contact standards, and cleaning is very easy.
