The Olive boning knife from Forged is specifically designed for deboning meat and poultry. The boning knife features a long, slender blade that allows you to effortlessly cut along a bone or leg piece. Forged's Olive knives are made from Japanese 440C steel with a hardness of 58 Rockwell. All Forged knives are hand-forged, have a blade thickness of 2 mm, and a cutting angle of 18 degrees. The knives are packaged in a luxurious wooden box and come with a 10-year warranty.
