The particularly scratch-resistant, PFOA-free and water-based Adamant coating with a very good non-stick effect is suitable for crispy frying and also for gentle cooking of anything that sticks easily. The coating on the pans makes washing up child's play. Sustainably manufactured from up to 60% recycled aluminium in Hoppstädten-Weiersbach, Rhineland-Palatinate, the Fissler Adamant pot collection is a versatile all-rounder for everyday cooking. The roasting pan from the Fissler Adamant pot collection is the right choice for preparing stews. Thanks to the low pot wall, it ensures wonderful roasting flavours when braising - and therefore the perfect festive roast.
