Fackelmann 45443 The spaetzle grater from Fackelmann makes it easy to produce uniform spaetzle with little effort. The flexible plastic scraper supplied helps to spread and press the dough through the holes. After use, the scraper can be clipped onto the back, is safely stowed away and will not get lost. The special advantage: the groove allows the board to be firmly fixed to the edge of the pot so that spaetzle can be scraped directly over the pot and fall safely into the boiling water.
