The 1905 series skillfully combines tradition and modernity through the reissue of the historical design. In 1905, Friedrich Dick developed a series of kitchen knives with solid rivets that replaced the previously common ones.

Then as now, the series impresses with its unique appearance. The 18 cm long blade is made of X55CrMoV14 steel and designed for extreme sharpness, while the handle is made of plastic. The balanced hardness of 56° HRC is the ideal compromise for perfect edge retention and easy resharpening.
