The F. DICK boning knife from the ErgoGrip series is ideal for butchers and chefs. With a blade length of 15 cm, made from high-quality X55CrMo14 steel, this knife is characterized by its stainless properties and a hardness of 56 HRC. The semi-flexible blade effortlessly adapts to the cutting material, allowing for close cuts along the bone without jamming. The curved blade shape enables long, continuous cuts. An important added benefit is the blue-colored, non-slip plastic handle, which fits securely in the hand, ensures uncompromising hygiene through a gap-free design at the blade exit, and offers additional safety with its wide finger guard.
