The F. DICK Ergogrip boning knife in blue, with a blade length of 10 cm, features high-quality CMV high-performance steel (X55CrMo14) and achieves a hardness of 56 HRC. It is characterized by precise, laser-checked cutting geometry and a stable, polished blade. The ergonomic, non-slip handle made of PA polyamide and an extra-wide thumb rest ensure safe handling. The pronounced finger guard enhances safety, while the robust construction prevents any gaps between the plastic and steel. With an overall length of approximately 23.6 cm and a lightweight of about 0.1 kg, the knife is dishwasher safe and heat resistant up to a temperature of 150 °C.
