The Danish design brand Eva Solo first introduced the Nordic Kitchen cookware series at trade fairs in the fall of 2016. The company is the leading provider of cookware and kitchen utensils in Denmark, with the brands Eva Solo and Eva Trio. The series not only has a cast iron appearance but also similar heat properties. The material heats evenly and generates a lot of heat for frying. Unlike cast iron, the pots and pans from the Nordic Kitchen series are wonderfully lightweight thanks to the aluminum. With the Slip-Let coating developed by Eva Danmark, minimal fat is needed, and the pans and pots are easy to clean.
