Eva Solo Nordic

Tools Design draws inspiration from popular cooking utensils in Nordic cuisine for the Danish brand Eva Solo. Instead of merely refreshing the Scandinavian style, the Danish design team focuses on new materials without altering the appearance: pots and pans feature a rustic cast iron look but are made with a lightweight aluminum construction and naturally insulating oak wood. Bowls impress not with scratched enamel but with easy-care melamine. The Nordic Kitchen grill pan is a lightweight alternative from Eva Solo that not only features a handy oak wood handle but also offers excellent heat distribution thanks to its ridged base and a Slip-Let non-stick coating, allowing for nearly fat-free frying and roasting with the characteristic grill stripes.
