Tools Design picks up on cooking utensils popular in the Nordic kitchen for the Danish brand Eva Solo. But instead of just slightly refreshing the Scandinavian style, the Danish design team uses new materials without changing the look: Pots and pans with a rustic cast iron look score points with lightweight aluminum construction and naturally insulating oak wood, while bowls impress with easy-care melamine instead of scratched enamel.
