Vegetable slicer. With the Green Tools mandoline from Eva Solo, you can quickly and easily slice fruits and vegetables into thin, even slices. From the smallest nutmeg to large portobello mushrooms. The mandoline features a double holder with three compartments. The three different compartments allow you to slice vegetables down to the smallest end piece, thereby reducing food waste.
