Ole Palsby loves frothy cooking and has created an innovative whisk for the Danish brand Eva Solo. The finely crafted whisk features a gentle coating that leaves no scratches or marks on coated pots and pans. Additionally, the whisk is highly heat-resistant and can be safely used in boiling foods, although vigorous stirring and whipping are not recommended due to hot splashes. Its use is particularly worthwhile when the EvaTrio whisk is used in the versatile EvaSolo pots and pans with Slip-Let non-stick coating: Eva Solo offers the right whisk for gentle stirring, whipping, and frothing for almost every pot size.
