ETA Livero

The ETA Livero is an excellent contact grill with a robust metal body and 1600 W power. It is ideal for grilling all types of meat, fish and seafood, vegetables, baked goods and gratinating toast. It conjures up a wide variety of delicacies and flavours when closed, open at 90° or fully open at 180°.

Two grill plates measuring 225 × 335 mm have a non-stick surface that prevents food from sticking and are easy to clean after use, even in the dishwasher. Both plates are removable, which makes handling much easier. Each plate also comes with a drip tray for collecting fat and juices.

You can regulate the temperature yourself according to the requirements of the food to be prepared, in the range of 140 °C - 280 °C, using the control dial on the front of the grill, which displays 3 levels of grilling temperature. It is supplemented by an indicator light that signals operation and when the selected temperature has been reached. There is a large handle above the control knob for easier and safer operation. It is made of high-quality plastic, which prevents burns.
