Product details

Stainless steel attachment for rolling out dough, e.g. pasta, can be used in combination with ETA food processors.

The attachment is ideal for making various flat pasta products, such as lasagne sheets or ravioli.

The attachment can be connected to the machine very quickly and easily. The pasta is ready even before the water boils. You can set 9 different plate thicknesses for the pasta and customise the dough to suit your needs. The maximum width of the pasta sheets is 140 mm.

Even cleaning is straightforward, so you can tidy up almost immediately after making pasta, without further delay.

The lasagne attachment is compatible with the Gratus (ETA0028/0038), Gratussino (ETA0023), Gustus (ETA0128/1128/3128/4128), Meno/Mezo (ETA0030/0033/0034) food processors and the Besto ETA6075 meat mincer.
