The Novia grain flaker from Eschenfelder is a manual peeling machine made from high-quality blue aluminum. It combines an elegant shape with clean lines and is both user-friendly and easy to clean. The combination of a stable beech wood structure and an aluminum tray ensures durability and stability. Instead of conventional cylindrical rollers, the Novia uses stainless steel rollers that allow for efficient crushing. By using this flaking machine, fresh flakes can be produced that preserve the valuable vital and nutrients of the grain, unlike industrially produced flakes that are often treated.
