Universal 3-point PID controller, 48x48mm. Features include the ability to set two target values and configure the analogue output for 0-20mA, 4-20mA, 0-10V, 2-10V, 0-25mV, or 0-50mV. It has measuring inputs for thermocouples, PT100, J, K, L, T, S, R, mA, mV, and V. The controller automatically calculates PID parameters (SELFTUNE) and can function as three-point control or engine valve control. Three different functions can be assigned to the digital input and the F key. It features a soft start with a time specification for the setpoint. The control output is selectable as relay, analogue, or SSR output. The analogue output can be set as 0-20mA, 4-20mA, or as SSR output. It includes a ramp function with up to 16 steps. The A1 relay output can be configured as an alarm or PID relay output for cooling, while the C/A2 relay output can be set as an alarm or control output for heating. An offset setting for the input variable is available, and the heating or cooling function can be configured. The periodic switching behavior of the relay can be set in case of sensor breakage. Programming can be done via buttons or Modbus protocol.
