Product details

The temperature range is set with limits. The ESM-3711-H features a digital input for starting and stopping the cooking time. The temperature controller can be set to begin the cooking time only when the set temperature is reached. An upper and lower limit can be set for the alarm function. The buzzer can be configured for the set cooking time, temperature sensor failure, or alarm function.
