If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with an Electrolux Pure i9 robotic vacuum cleaner, Electrolux will refund the purchase price for you.
How it works:
Not fully satisfied with your Pure i9 robot vacuum cleaner? Return it within 30 days from purchase in Switzerland or Liechtenstein in its original packaging and with the original proof of purchase. Make sure to state the reason for the return as well as your address, phone number and bank details (IBAN and BIC/SWIFT) to the following address:

Allow six weeks for refund of the price stated on the bill/proof of purchase to your account.
Any other costs are excluded from the refund and cannot be claimed from Electrolux AG.
Refunds can only be made to bank accounts in Switzerland or Liechtenstein. Your personal details will be collected for this purpose only and in compliance with data protection laws. The money-back guarantee applies to all Pure i9 models. This offer can be changed or terminated at any given time without prior notice and is subject to change.
