Product Information:
Please pay close attention to the shape of the knife and the color of the gear when placing your order. The shape of the old knife and the color of the old gear must match the shape and color of the ordered item. Also, please check the drive wheel. If it is worn, we strongly recommend replacing it as a worn drive wheel can lead to faster wear of the gear.

Care Instructions:
All foods contain food acids, salts, and moisture that can damage the material of the knife. Therefore, we recommend cleaning the round knife with a damp cloth after each cutting process and occasionally washing it thoroughly in warm soapy water. Otherwise, even stainless steel can develop what is known as "flash rust."

The regular standard knife made of stainless steel is suitable for everyday use. The ham/slicing knife, which has a smooth cutting edge, is suitable for soft cutting materials. It achieves particularly thin slicing results. This knife is not suitable for baked goods, especially bread.
