The springform pan from the Dr. Oetker Premium range "Back-Liebe Emaille" is characterized by the highest quality. The glass-smooth surface of the enamel coating on both bases is resistant to fruit acids and completely cut and scratch-proof, allowing the cake to be cut and served directly on the base. Additionally, the pan is temperature-resistant up to +230°C. The excellent heat conduction ensures even browning all around. The very good non-stick properties of the springform ring make it easy to release the cake without effort. Besides its functionality, the springform also stands out with its brilliant blue color and a golden springform latch. After use, the base can be placed in the dishwasher, while the ring can be easily cleaned by hand. Dr. Oetker offers a 10-year quality guarantee on the premium baking pan.
