Product details

The polished, stable blades of the knife set are made of high-alloy stainless steel (X55CrMo14, 56°), with laser-tested, precise cutting geometry. The butcher's knives have no gaps between the plastic and steel. The knives have an extra wide thumb rest, safety through pronounced finger protection, the handles are ergonomically shaped and non-slip. The knives are dishwasher-safe and heat-resistant up to 150 °C.
