The 1905 series of kitchen knives by Dick captivates with its unique appearance, just as it did back then. Today, modern materials and manufacturing processes are employed. The uniform steel rings are inseparably bonded to the plastic using a unique technique.
The blade is slimly ground, the knife is optimally balanced, and it tapers towards the tip. Naturally, the blade is made from one of the highest quality German steels, and the final sharpening is still done by hand, piece by piece, as it always has been.
To ensure that the tip of the blade can be used and easily resharpened, the bolster ends in the middle of the blade. Nevertheless, the leading hand is safely protected from injuries at the edge.
In recognition of the quality produced since 1905, Friedr. Dick has chosen the original marking with the brand "F. Dick." This traditional quality mark is stamped by hand.
With this new series, traditional design and modern technology come together. The extraordinary appearance also meets today's high hygiene standards.
