Product details

The ControlInduc system is a safety system that limits the maximum temperature on induction cooktops to 250 °C. Even at the highest setting of high-performance inductors, it is the pan that regulates the temperature. These products are available with a non-stick coating (ControlInduc Granite) or without a non-stick coating (ControlInduc). The ControlInduc pan is refined with a Silvinox surface treatment.
