The Atlantis series is Demeyere's flagship product. The unique, patented InductoSeal base consists of seven different alloys. A copper layer, hermetically sealed in the base, ensures optimum heat distribution across the entire base and creates a heat-conducting surface that is up to 33% larger than a conventional base. This welded capsule protects in the event of severe overheating (even up to 600 °C) and is particularly hygienic, as dirt, grease or water cannot penetrate to the base.
