Perfect filter coffee according to certified ECBE standards: Here, the optimal ratio of coffee, water, temperature, and brewing time is guaranteed. In 4-6 minutes, coffee for 10 cups is brewed at 92-96°C. With a coffee-to-water ratio of 7 g of coffee grounds to 125 ml of water, a filter coffee with a balanced aroma is prepared. Based on the classic hand-brewing method (pour over), the brewing process ensures a consistent interval during coffee preparation and extracts the maximum aroma from the coffee grounds thanks to a special method.
